This simple, budget-friendly recipe can be prepared with just a few ingredients for low cost (just $50/teacher through June 1) and the way its passion-spiked teachers harmonize with the young minds is sure to delight even the most discerning palates.

what's kidzmet?

Kidzmet is the first website to use personality, innate talents and predominant cognitive style to match teachers, tutors and coaches with the students they were meant to teach. Its service, available in the United States from coast-to-coast, evaluates the connection strength of a teacher with an individual student in order to help parents pair their kids with mentors that instinctively understand how to help each child's seeds of potential blossom. preparation

At least one day ahead of time, complete a short informational form so that we can set your school up in our system with the appropriate number of seats.

Pre-heat school computers in May/June. Add after school staff members to computer lab just before school ends and sprinkle with Kidzmet's Pairing Portrait. Wait until staff members have risen (about 10 minutes) and note each teacher's Kidzmet ID as you remove them from lab. Wrap after school staff members in summer break and let marinate for 3 months.

Take generous helping of young minds with parent attached and carefully sift child's feelings and Pairing Portrait questionnaire together at home computers. Pour child batter into individual profiles and bake until all student Pairing Portraits are done. (About early August.)

Sprinkle generously with Kidzmet's afterschool class mix recommendations before serving to highlight and enhance personality type, cognitive style and multiple intelligence flavor profiles of both the teacher and student.

Serve up after school enrichment program when school starts with classes your staff has demonstrated passion and acumen for and pair with young minds who "speak their language" from personality and cognitive style perspectives. Drizzle with visible thinking, math and language corollaries over the dishes to really make each bite "pop".

Try a different Kidzmet class mix recommendation each quarter and broaden the range of dishes you can prepare from the core ingredients.
